Hello, Ohana! I’m Cristin, and let’s be real—I’m not your average professional. I’m a highly driven, metric-focused media consultant who’s been playing post-sale revenue defense for over a decade. I’m the person who takes complex technical requirements and somehow turns them into realized business solutions—I’m part translator, part strategic consultant, and 99.25% fluent in the language of success! Come on, we can’t win ALL the time. ;)


Let’s back it up. I went straight out of high school to Arizona State. I made it three semesters and decided to chase a dream in professional sand volleyball in Los Angeles. (Funny how working and paying bills gets in the way of training time). After an injury and clearly no path to long term success OR money to be made, I returned to Arizona to help take care of my grandfather during his final moon. I met the (wrong) boy, and started an Entertainment Company. (DJ/Karaoke). After 6 successful years and a failed marriage, I went back to college. I graduated top of my class with my BA in Film & Media Studies.

Insert version 1.0 of my career. Live Sports Production. I was fortunate to graduate with a full time position with the then, Fox Sports Arizona. After 11 amazing years, I burned out. I transitioned to the sales side of the station where I discovered this wild world of Advertising. I was hooked. I took the jump to my first Advertising Agency and the rest is pretty much history. Starting in traditional media, I quickly made the transition to digital advertising. After 10 years of learning, enabling and consulting, my last rodeo was programmatic/search/social service sales. I got laid off for the first time in my career. Along came Lilikoi. I’m beyond thrilled to bring my energy, sense of humor, dynamic leadership and organization to the Ohana!
